How to Sign in to the POS
For the mobile POS tablets, simply input the Floor Staff Pin.
For the Main POS tablet, please input your individual pin. (If someone is already signed in, press the hamburger button (the 3 horizontal lines) and then Sign Out).
How do I add a customer to a transaction?
1. Tap ‘Add Customer’
2. Ask customer to scan their loyalty barcode (otherwise input their loyalty ID number – do not use names)
3. Select the customer that appears

To assign a table number, simply tap on the correct table from the map, before inputting order details

How do I input number of guests at a table?
To input the number of guests at a table, simply select the table at which guests are sat – before placing an order, and input the total number of guests at that table.
