1. Put the illy instant coffee, brown sugar and water into a cup for mixing.
2. Blend the ingredients until creamy: there should be enough to prepare two glasses of Dalgona coffee.
3. Pour the milk directly into a 300ml glass, filling it up 3/4 of the way: this will be about 170 ml milk. *Optional: insert 3 ice cubes directly into the glass and then pour the milk up to 3/4 of the cup as above: this will be about 80 ml milk.
4. Pour the illy instant coffee Dalgona cream on top – half in the first glass and half in the second.
5. Serve with a spoon.
