Shipping Information
Under normal conditions, when merchandise is in stock, orders shipped by ground delivery within West Malaysia will arrive in approximately 3 to 4 business days. Shipments can be made within Malaysia only. We are not able to ship to Restricted or Remote Area addresses. All orders placed after 1PM (GMT+8) will be processed the following business day. Your order will be delivered within the days published as long as there are no issues processing your order. Please note business days are Monday to Friday and expedited orders must be processed before 11AM (GMT+8). Also excludes holidays and weekends.
SHIPPING RATES
Orders RM150 or more: Standard shipping is complimentary in West Malaysia, for East Malaysia or remote areas an additional rate will apply. Please contact us for a list of remote areas.
Orders below RM150: For coffee orders less than RM150, shipping charges will apply, as per the rate table below.
