1. Chill a 300ml glass.
2. Place 4 g of illy instant coffee in the glass.
3. Pour 40 ml of water directly over the instant powder into the glass.
4. Use the same glass and froth the ingredients in the mixer for 30 seconds.
5. Add 10 ml of liquid sugar and 130 g of ice cubes.
6. Finish with 60 ml of water to fill the glass and serve.
