Although it took nearly 8 days to receive the coffee maker and coffee, we are very happy with the X9. It’s a work of contemporary art with heavy duty construction that should hold up to lots of wear and tear. Water reservoir is easily filled from the front and capsule reservoir is easily emptied from the front, with no drippy mess.
